These terms of delivery apply to purchases made by consumers in the Auton Latauskaapelit webshop. By placing an order you accept these terms. In consumer sales, the mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act also apply and are not limited by these terms.

Ordering
Products are ordered in the webshop by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the order at the checkout. Placing an order does not require creating a customer account. All customer data is handled confidentially in accordance with the privacy policy .
You will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding sales contract is formed when we have sent the order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please check the order confirmation and contact customer service if you notice any errors.
Prices
All prices include value added tax (25.5%). The price of a product is the price shown in the webshop at the time of ordering. Delivery costs are added to the order total and are shown at the checkout before you confirm the order.
We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs. An order placed at a clearly erroneous price is not binding on the seller if the customer can be assumed to have understood that the price was erroneous.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7). Through Paytrail you can pay with Finnish online banking, the most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and MobilePay. Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank or card statement.
You can also pay by bank transfer in advance. An order paid by bank transfer is shipped once the payment appears in our account. See details on the page Payment and delivery.
Delivery
We deliver orders within Finland. The delivery fee is 9.90-49.90 € depending on the size of the product, and the exact delivery fee for your order is shown at the checkout before you confirm the order. Delivery methods and prices are described on the page Payment and delivery.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. If a product is temporarily out of stock or the delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, we will notify you by email. If the delivery is substantially delayed, you have the right to cancel the order.
Warranty
The products we sell have a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or defects caused by use contrary to the instructions, external damage or unauthorised modification of the product. The warranty does not limit your rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Liability for defects
We are liable for defects in the products in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. If a product is defective, contact our customer service as soon as possible after noticing the defect. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the Consumer Protection Act, such as repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation of the sale. Right of cancellation
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Cancellation instructions, the return address and information about return costs can be found on the page Returns and cancellation.
Dispute resolution
We always aim to resolve any disagreements directly with the customer first, so please contact our customer service before taking other steps.
If a dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiation between the parties, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and bring the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution. Before bringing the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, you should contact the Consumer Advisory Services. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
Validity and changes
We reserve the right to change these terms of delivery. The terms in force at the time of ordering apply to the order. These terms are effective as of 20 August 2026.
