Payment methods
- Online banking (all Finnish banks)
- Card payments (Visa, Mastercard)
- MobilePay
- Bank transfer (advance payment)
Online banking, card and MobilePay payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7). Payment takes place in Paytrail's secure payment service, and Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on your bank or card statement. We do not see or store your card details.
An order paid by bank transfer is shipped once the payment appears in our account. Payment instructions are provided with the order confirmation.
Delivery methods and prices
We deliver orders within Finland. The delivery fee depends on the size of the product, and the exact delivery fee for your order is shown at the checkout before you confirm the order.

If your order contains products from several product groups, the delivery fee is determined by the largest product.
Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
If a product is temporarily out of stock or the delivery is delayed beyond the estimate, we will notify you by email.
