This privacy policy explains how Ollikainen Automotive Oy processes the personal data of the customers of the Auton Latauskaapelit webshop. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and national data protection legislation.

What data we collect
- Customer data: name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number.
- Order data: ordered products, order history, delivery method and information related to processing the order.
- Payment data: the chosen payment method and payment transaction details. We do not see or store card numbers or online banking credentials - payment transactions are processed by the payment service provider Paytrail Oyj.
- Customer service data: contacts, complaints and related communication.
Purposes and legal bases of processing
- Processing, delivering and charging for orders: the legal basis is the performance of a contract.
- Accounting and other statutory obligations: the legal basis is the controller's legal obligation.
- Customer service, complaints and liability for defects: the legal basis is the performance of a contract and the controller's legitimate interest.
We do not use personal data for direct marketing without your separate consent. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling with personal data.
Disclosure of data
We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil your order:
- Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7): payment processing. Paytrail processes payment transaction data in its own service.
- Transport companies: the recipient's name, delivery address, email address and phone number for delivering the shipment and for delivery notifications.
We do not transfer personal data outside the EU or the EEA, and we do not sell or disclose data for marketing purposes.
Data retention periods
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. We retain accounting material related to orders and payments for the period required by the Finnish Accounting Act, six (6) years from the end of the financial year during which the order was placed. We retain customer service data for as long as necessary to handle the matter and to fulfil possible liability for defects.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data concerning you (right of access)
- request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data
- request the erasure of data to the extent that statutory obligations, such as the Accounting Act, do not require its retention
- request the restriction of processing and object to processing
- receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format (right to data portability)
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
