The Q11 PRO solves the basic problem of charging away from home: you never know what kind of socket awaits at your destination. The Quick-Connect smart adapter identifies the connection, monitors the socket temperature and helps match the charging current to the available supply - no guesswork and no overloaded sockets. The package includes two smart adapters: red CEE16A (400 V, 11 kW) for fast three-phase charging and Schuko (230 V, 3.7 kW) for a regular socket.
The base is the Q series premium charger: aluminium cover and double-walled PC housing, IP66 / IK10 rated, working down to -30 °C, with a 7.5 metre cable. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, the Tuya app and Home Assistant support provide remote control, while the 2.4 inch LCD display, timer and current adjustment from 6-16 A in 1 A steps work without any app. Protection: RCD Type A 30 mA + DC 6 mA residual current protection, over- and undervoltage protection, earth monitoring with automatic cut-off, overheating protection, and temperature sensors in the relays and the input plug.
Suitable for EV drivers on the move who charge at varying locations between home, the cottage and work. The Tesla version has a charge port release button. The Type 2 adapter for public stations and the 5 m extension cable are available as accessories.
