This adapter opens the whole range of Type 2 charging equipment to cars with a Type 1 (SAE J1772) inlet: home chargers, portable chargers and charging cables all work with a single adapter. No more hunting for rare Type 1 equipment.
Rated at 32 A / 250 V AC with IP55 ingress protection. Manufactured to the IEC 62196 and SAE J1772 standards, CE marked.
Suitable for Type 1 import cars such as older Nissan Leaf and Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV models. Always check that the charging equipment current does not exceed the adapter's 32 A rating.
